Hey Guys,

For those interested in maintaining your body/workout, Read on >>

It's been a few months since I've stepped in a gym. I used to workout regularly last school yr but this fall semester just got too lazy. So I was thinking about starting up a mini boot camp for myself and others interested when I get back.

The boot camp would be 3 days/week Mon, Wed, Fri & days could be rearranged depending on # of ppl. interested & their schedule. It would be one day on & other off for plenty of rest.

Routine would be simple. Stretch, Running 2-3 miles, push ups, pull ups, squats, & other exercises that will hit every part of the body. I'll also get couple of logs to work with. The whole session would be app. 1.5 - 2 hours.

There will also be basic martial arts. I am a black belt, I am familiar with the drills, equipment, etc. but I haven't been practicing since, which is why I need time to practice. Routines would be different each day to mix them up. (light/heavy days)

Eat healthy, 3 times a day, plenty of water & you should be good. NO shakes

Run time, # pushups, pullups, etc -- You will record/memorize
Each session will be to total failure, so if you're not serious about it or dedicated enough, don't bother. I don't need a company of failures.
For those of you who are, get yourself in shape b/c summer is not far :)

Forgot to mention this is all outdoors, high/low terrain
