<p>i will be applying as an international student for regular decision and i have a question about TOEFL.......i'm not a citizen of permanent resident....i've been in the U.S. for little more than 5 years.
for most other colleges, I don't have to take TOEFL because i've been attending american high school for 5 years. I never took TOEFL.....
is it the same for DARTMOUTH???? i really hope it is...otherwise i don't have time to take TOEFL.......</p>
