<p>How can you track if all application materials have been received at a school that takes the Common App. (and therefore did not require you to sign up for an ID on the website)? Do you have to sign up for an account on the website and it will somehow link you to your materials?</p>

<p>Each school has their own way of letting you track documents: usually on a web page on their site. They will contact you individually (via email) once they receive notice that you’ve applied via the common app site, to let you know how to set this up, i.e. with an account ID and password. How long they take to notify you varies.</p>
