Foreign credit evaluation

<p>I have a foreign transcript that needs to be evaluated by a 3rd party (an agency who offers that). The agency must be a member of: the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES), or American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers, or Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. (AICE) .</p>

<p>Had anyone done this? I need to find an agency who charges under $125 for a couse-by course evaluation. I found two that are $125</p>
