Foreign language requirement Berkeley

Hi, I'm really scared right now. A representative emailed me back after learning that I had dropped my Spanish 3 course 2nd semester by saying that the UCB college of letters and science REQUIRES 3 years of a foreign language. However, I couldn't find anything on the Berkeley website and only found the UC a-g requirements which that that e. Language Other than English (2 years, UC recommends 3)

Can someone please clarify my problem? I couldn't find anything that said that 3 years of foreign language was a requirement at UCB, only 2 years. If worst comes to worst, ill have to retake Spanish 3 at the local CC.

It is required by the College of Letters and Science for graduation. If you don’t have the third year in high school, you must fulfill the foreign language requirement some other way.
