Foreign Language waiver for Purdue CS major student?

I have a question about foreign language requirement for Purdue CS major (BS degree).
This page lists “Language and Culture” requirement,

My question is, can a student use his/her high school foreign language classes (say 4 years of Japanese on official transcript) to get the above foreign language credit automatically (no placement exam or AP exam), without taking these classes at Purdue? If yes, does anyone have first-hand experience of how to do that?
