I am currently a sophomore. I'm taking a foreign language on the weekend and I get a whole year credit for it. I took it last year so I will have two years of it. But I'm currently taking another one at school (first year). So should I just continue taking the one at school? The one offered on weekends can only give me the 2 year requirement. Would it look bad or good to put both languages on my college resume?

Assuming you develop basic proficiency in one or both languages, which you might have trouble doing if you’re not studying on your own, it would look good on a resume. I’m not clear as to what you mean by “can only give me the 2 year requirement.” Are you saying you need more years of world language? In any case, it can’t hurt to do both if you have the time, but colleges would probably prefer to see commitment to one language over dabbling between several.
