I'm filling out the common app for transfer, and I'd like to make several versions, one for each college I'm sending to. I remember from last year that there are some uneditable things on the alternate versions after you send the first. Will I be able to edit the common app long essay? I'd like to tweak the essay a bit according to each school. Just dont want dont want to have all my essays stuck talking about one school.</p>

<p>You aren’t supposed to talk about individual schools on the Common App essay; that’s what the supplements are used for.
The Common App actually makes you check a box if you make a new version that says something to that effect. :D</p>
