what should I do now? I want the Fee waiver for orientation!!!! If I call Orientation office at (310) 206-6685, would they let me sign up for the fee waiver? Or am I gonna pay the extra money? please help, thx

I forgot too!!! I was in such a rush trying to sign up for the first orientation session as quickly as possible that I completely missed that option.

But as for answers to your questions… I have no idea. But calling the orientation office to ask certainly doesn’t seem like a bad idea.

Yes, you can call, that’s what I did. (It’s not immediate, but you can change your status to “pending.” I would note, I think I was on hold for nearly a half hour. Oh, and have your UCLA ID ready to make it go faster.

i did exactly what silvercross did

who is eligible for the fee waiver? anyone who has applied for financial aid, or does your efc have to be literally $0?

^ I don’t think it said. I think you just select on the orientation registration site that’d you like to apply for it and they’ll look at your financial information records and determine if you’re eligible and whether or not you will get it or not. I don’t recall any specific cutoffs or numbers about qualifying for the fee waiver.
