<p>If I'm waiting to hear from my EA schools (if I get in, I'm not applying to Stanford), should I submit form 1 and the application fee now, or should I wait until the 15th and see if I can save the $75? I would have just waited until the 15th, but one of my teachers sent in a rec a couple days ago, and I'm not sure what happens if a rec arrives without the form 1 having been filled out.</p>
