<p>ok so im applying online to usc. it says that i can download the blank teacher rec form, transcript request, student act/sat report. is it ok if i fill them out and give them to teachers before i submit my online app or do i need to wait till i finish it to print out the personalized ones?!</p>
<p>You can submit the additional forms at any time. That includes the Counselor/Teacher Report, test scores, and transcripts. The first item received from you by admissions will start your file. Everything received after that will be added to it.</p>
<p>The additional forms can be blank or personalized. USC admissions will even accept the Common App Recommedation form. </p>
