Teacher forms, sat forms, etc.....PLZ HELP

<p>Hi everyone. I have a question. When I download the additional forms necessary for USC, it has some fax cover sheets. Do I have to fax it to them or can I send it via regular mail? Also, it says to provide the official sat report which I know you send from collegeboard, but it also asks for you to attach a sheet with the actual scores. Does this mean I print my scores as they appear on collegeboard.com or what?</p>

<p>You can FAX or mail. You can print out the online SAT report or photocopy your paper report to send (but you still need to send official scores as well). Good luck!</p>
