Fortune 500 investing in State University for On Campus Program

This is really interesting and I think very exciting for students attending a smaller state college to participate in paid internships while still on campus. It is a win for the university, in that the investment comes from outside the state and tuition funds, and it is a win for the company in attracting talent to the company.

I wonder if we will see more of this.

Now if only Illinois colleges were affordable for Illinois residents … though NIU is MUCH more affordable than UIUC, and it is in driving distance for many Chicago suburbs. It is a good sign, I think.
