I'm a spring admit who will be attending FPF in the fall - I don't personally know anyone who has attended FPF, and I wanted to gain a perspective from a student on FPF regarding course selection. I'm intending to major in Political Science, and hope to attend law school. For this upcoming fall semester, I was considering taking 15 units, but I was wondering how manageable my workload would be. I come from a small private high school so my main concern is adjusting to FPF, nevertheless Cal altogether. My desired schedule appears to be somewhat like this:

English R1A Reading&Composition
Math 16A
Political Science 2
Anthropology 1

I'm very much interested in my breadth classes and they do suit/reflect my academic interests - but I was wondering if anyone could comment on that potential schedule, especially as an incoming freshmen - is it too much? is it too little? I know many students take 15 units. I'd imagine the difference between 14 and 15 units at this point is negligible, and I should just chose based on interest.

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, so adjusting to "Bay Area life" won't be too dramatic and I'm not sure what my extracurricular activities will be - I will probably prefer to take it easy as I start FPF to ease the transition into college. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
