Free Advice: Check Fee-Waiver Rules for College Entrance Tests

<p>Elsewhere in cyberspace, I heard about fee waiver procedures for homeschooling parents signing up for college entrance tests. These are available in defined income ranges for each brand of test. I was surprised to find that the income ranges eligible for fee waivers include incomes that I would definitely call "middle class," depending on family size and some other issues.
