<p>I'm living in the village for the school year and have heard about Gliderport having free parking. However, it's for certain days or hours or some **** like that (anyone know exactly how it works over there?). I absolutely refuse to pay that expensive parking permit fee of $500+. Are there any spots where I can park my car for free on the streets? I wouldn't mind walking a mile away just to park my car if it saved me $500-600 a year. </p>
<p>Is the permit even worth it? I'd like to bring a car because it's a great luxury to have and it'll make transportation easier. Although I can do without if need be. I'd prefer to bring it though.</p>
