Free SAT score reports?

I am currently a junior and am kind of confused about the 4 free SAT score reports. Is it worth using them. I probably would put down my safeties and colleges that superscore anyway. Some people told me that I shouldn’t junior year bc I might change my college list but if I do it won’t matter. Also if I score low now but higher later will colleges just look at the higher score or will the low score negatively impact my chances. Thanks

I’d only add safety schools that participate in score choice.

If you plan to take the SAT several times, do not add schools that do not participate in score choice until your last try.
When you take your last SAT, you can just add 4 schools that require all scores and you can send all your SAT scores for free.
