Free visitor parking anywhere?

<p>I have had an internship at U.M for the last 7 weeks and just began driving.</p>

<p>I don't really want to pay $7 a day to park at one of the lots and the richter library lot is always full. </p>

<p>Any free (or cheap) visitor parking)?</p>

<p>I'm heading over now so quick replies would be appreciated.</p>

<p>I think the bankunited center may have free parking, but I’d call parking and transportation to check first. If not, the parking lot at the metrorail across the street is only $4/day, I think.</p>
