So, at my school we have always had a French club, but like many of the other clubs on campus, it doesn't do much often. We make crepes during club day and spirit week. We sell the crepes and make a profit, but the profit gets carried over to the next year where we make more of a profit. What kind of things do you do in your french clubs at your schools, since I am a co-president of the club now.

I don't take French, because I take Latin, but I know that our French Club often meets to watch old french movies and also cook. To spend you profit, you should consider planning a field trip with the members of the French Club to museums and operas and such to gain a cultural experiance. It seems unfair to make you members work to make crepes for a profit and not return that profit to your members in some tangible form. I also believe that if you do associate feild trips with the French Club, you will see admission soar, thus increasing your profits.

Good luck, I hope this was helpful!

we paint our french classrooms, do stuff with gnomes, take care of the garden, and play soccer with the other language clubs.

"do stuff with gnomes"
....??? I don't really know how that relates to French, but, okay =)

We go to French restaurants/museums, organize French Cinema nights, and participate in community events.

Sometimes in language clubs, there's like a daily discussion topic and you have to talk about that in french.

Raise money for the annual scholarship...
go bowling, field trips, the like.

You could see French films, and you could all go out to a French restaurant. :)
