I am an international undergraduate student searching information about scholarships in French Universities. So I speak spanish and english fluently and I studied a year in France so my french is not perfect but I would say I have a good language level.
I want to study international relationships or international politics.
I went to AUP's internet site and I really liked the university but I have a lot of questions about their financial aid, how does it work? Is it really expensive?
And what is AUP's reputation? I've heard good and bad things about the American University of Paris but I would like to hear your opinions!
Thank you very much!

The maximum amount that they could give you is 75% of the tutuition fee. They do not cover any living expenses. Beside that, you could also get a merit scolarship which is 4000 per year. You should not make so many worries about their fee as for the city, which is among the most expensive ones.
AUP is a great place to get in touch with people from all around the world. The uni has no campus, all the students are spread in apartments around the Eiffel tower, so the nice thing is that you will really feel part of the city.
I believe it is a fancy university which also has very good professors and a cool environment.

AUP isn’t very selective, their first criterion is whether you can pay (although you do need a basic preparation and GPA.) It has some scholarships but most students are well-to-do. The classes are good and in English. There’s no campus, per se - be aware that apartment living in a foreign city can be difficult to handle at times (vs. dorm + caf + RA’s + residential life + campus).
If you want to attend a better program, you might try Sciences Po Reims, either in itself (first 2 years in France, 3rd year in the US or Canada) or the UBC dual degree program (2 years in France, 2 years at UBC.° UBC is one of the top 3 universities in Canada.
