3. if i wanna go to la grande ecole, i MUST take preparatory class AND an exam???
4. any english taught undergrad programs in france?
5. is french university strong in business?

thx soo much

1 - By and large, all universities in France are public.

To get into a grad school in the US after doing your French undergrad you will still need to meet the American school's entrance requirements and doing well on the GREs.

Preparatory class is something students take to prepare for the entrance exams for the grande ecoles. Getting in is EXTREMLEY difficult (and in your case probably close to impossible.) Many students spend two years in the prep class -- taking tough prep courses and then the exam -- AFTER passing their bac exams (which are hard too.) If your French isn't very very good your chances are nil.

You don't HAVE to take the prep class -- but you won't pass the entrance exam if you don't. In many fields there are two exams, by the way, written and, if you do well enough to advance, oral. A vast majority of students don't advance past the written. This is truly a system for the ambitious academic elite.

Don't know for sure, but it is FRANCE and you are talking about a FRENCH university so...

France has some strong business programs, yes.

4- Sciences Po (Paris) has many undergraduate classes taught in English.

5- Not really except Universit
