Freshman Conditions

Hi, so I was recently admitted into UC Irvine but then I noticed that it said I was admitted with Freshman Conditions (personalized). The Freshman Condition stated that, among all the conditions that I was well aware of such as being required to obtain a high school diploma and get no lower than a C in any of my classes, it stated that I had to maintain a 3.0 weighted in all my A-G courses.

So my question is, does everyone get this? And if so, is everyone's contract different or all they the same? I was wondering if the reason I got this was because UC Irvine was dubious on whether it was a good choice to admit me or not so they're doing final checks on me before deciding on whether it was a perfectly good idea to let me in or not. Do all UC's do this? I've only been admitted to Irvine and San Diego (via phone call) so far but I've only seen my official acceptance online from Irvine.

Those all sound like typical conditions, which isn’t to say they CAN’T personalize them, they can.

Mine is pretty much the same as yours, except they want me to send in my official ACT scores as well (since they used it in their selection…but I only sent in my SAT scores). So I’m guessing the majority of the conditions are the same for all students, with maybe one or two things that are different?
