Hey,

Thansk

You have no choice in dorms as a freshman. It’s completely random. Unless you apply to be in a learning community which tend to be in the same dorms year after year. It’s an interesting process but it seems to work out OK.

All of them have pros and cons. If you ask me, next year’s freshman that live in Ernie Davis will have the best situation-- Gym, Food, and beautiful rooms. Not to mention, all the construction will (hopefully) be done, which is what most people living there now complain about. That’s just my opinion though. I personally hate the walk to and from BBB, but some people don’t mind it because they love what BBB offers. Living on The Mount is the same way.

how are the dellplain dorms?

Dellplain is fine; right next to Ernie Davis; good location…are you thinking about Whitman Learning Community? it has been in Dellplain in previous years; not sure if that will continue…

yea, the entrepreneurship and innovation one.

how is it?

are delplaine among the best freshman dorms?

Well, what do you mean by best? Location? No, right by that park which students are told to avoid after dark. On the fringe of a sketchy area. Great by day, not by night.

My D is in Dellplain and just loves it. It’s in the central campus and it’s next to the new dorm with a brand new cafeteria and gym.

Yeah, I hear Dellplain is good. Apparently, it’s really good for sophmores too.
