<p>Are your chances of getting your first or second choice of housing affected by when you fill out the housing application?</p>
<p>Because obviously I'm late in this process...</p>
<p>From what I've heard, you are not at any disadvantage as long as you submit your application before May 1st . Apparently it's not "first come first serve" before then.</p>
