Integrative Biology major here. What's an ideal EASIER/LIGHTER/ETC fall semester schedule? I know it won't be EASY, but as in Berkeley easy haha. Thank you in advance :)

Second year IB major here! :)

Most people take Chem 1A and Math 16A during their first semester. Unless you have a strong background in gen chem, I suggest taking 1A in the spring where it’s considered to be much easier. In addition to these two, I also took NST 10 (really easy) and Psych 2 for non-majors (a breadth, also really easy).

Integrative Biology now requires Math 1A-1B or 10A-10B (16A or 16B is not accepted).

Waiver of requirements using AP credit is not allowed for this major (ask the department if you want to substitute more advanced courses; no idea what they will say).

What’s the easier math? It’s not my best subject…

They are probably of similar difficulty. 10A-10B is designed for MCB and IB majors, so the choice of topics is better suited for those majors (particularly including statistics).
