<p>I recently meet up with a old friend of mine who has a 3.6 GPA and will be done with the rest of his major pre-req's to HAAS, by spring of 2008. He has three W's on his record, he will be completing his calculus 1, computer science and English this fall. But he worked for a while as a manager at Walgreen's, tutored language privately, and has been working at a restaurant as a manager for about three years. Does anybody think he'll be able to get in for Fall of 08 to HAAS?</p>
<p>I would hate to say he does not have a chance but Haas is just very competitive so I would not get my hopes up.</p>
<p>hhmm.... If he could get his GPA up by at least .20 I think he my have a chance. He's pretty much ready to transfer, and I think he's also going to be taking one class at Cal.</p>
<p>hmmm, even with a 3.8 it's still a long shot for Haas.</p>
<p>man, impossible. This status won't even get you in berkeley economics.</p>
