<p>Was at Laurel Ice Gardens, Maryland was playing Navy in club hockey game. One of the mids was standing outside the locker room, I asked him "what is the story about NCAA Div I?" </p>
<p>His answer was the HAVE to go Div I, because they are the host team for the Frozen Four when it comes to DC. The mid made a remark that they would have to do a Holy Cross. Haha. He said they hope they go next year because that would help with recruiting. Guy was from WI, he told me that he had a lot friends playing Jrs, could not imagine playing Jrs for 3-4 yrs then going to SA being a 21 year old freshman. There are 4 freshman on AF's hockey team that are 85s so it maybe a bumpy ride for Navy.</p>
<p>Didn't get to see the final score of the Navy game, son was playing on the other sheet at the same time, but saw Navy score a shorty! They seemed to play better short handed. Tho they too are trying to figure out the rules changes, lots of hooking and such.</p>
