FRQ Grading Leniency

If I mentioned a good example in an FRQ but in the wrong way, could I possibly still get credit? Can anyone relate?

What if I used the wrong Act? I think I talked about the Immigration laws in 1924 one of the essays for APUS but then later I found out that it was the National Origins Act of 1924 instead of the Immigration Act of 1924....
