Is the website working for anyone this morning?

No, been trying all morning on multiple browsers

I couldn’t access it at my computer at work but my husband did and he said each screen that you have to complete is very slow.

I’m not able to make it past the “myHousing portal” intro page to get to the login page…ugh!!!

Same, I got to the login once then hung up. I tried calling but it’s busy of course.

Same for us. Not a great experience.

Husband just finished the process–so it took him over 45 mins to complete the registration–there has to be a better process

I keep getting an error message that I must accept a summer term before I apply for housing for the fall term. I was only accepted to fall term. Has anyone else received this message?

laurie,
Yes I see that too.

Has anyone gotten the same error mssg as Laurie AND then gotten past it? I have received it twice.

gotten it over and over, tried to call them and its busy.

same here, I’ve tried calling and emailing. Very frustrating.

FSU admissions on twitter suggest logging out, closing browser and then reopen and start again. System is VERY slow and MANY people are having issues.

I’m getting the same message regarding summer admits despite my son being a fall admit. Last year I was able to access the website and complete the process in less than an hour. There HAS to be a better way…why don’t they just assign a housing priority number when you apply ??? Seems like that would make too much sense !

I have logged out, closed the browser and retried at least 100 times and still the same message.

Still trying for 2 hours. Still getting the error message after logging out, trying different browsers, clearing cache/cookies, etc. Very frustrating!

It’s ridiculous.

just got in

Finally in and done. Had the Summer term error but it cleared. Took 30+ minutes to go thru the pages.
Number 1039.

Good luck everyone.

Well that is over 2 hours of my life I won’t get back. So frustrating - but got in under 1000 so all is good.
