FSU Off-campus housing

<p>I will be attending FSU starting Spring 2014 and I am currently looking for a place to live. I can’t seem to find anything since most of the leases are signed in the Fall. </p>

<p>My current option is The Commons (a 1/1) What do you guys know about this place?
It seems to be relatively close to the campus, and for a 1/1, much cheaper than every other place.</p>

<p>My second option would be to try to look for a 2/2 or a 3/3 for the same price, but closer to campus (and probably with better comditions). However, I feel uncomfortable living with strangers. Initially, I was planning to live with a friend and his wife, but nobody allows 3 people living in a 2ba/2br. Let me know if you guys have suggestions and recommendations.</p>
