Fsu???

<p>Okay so I plan on attending either UMiami, San Diego State, Florida State, or Indiana next year.</p>

<p>I have been accepted at both FSU and Indiana. I should hear back from SDSU in a month or so. And I was just deferred to RD at Miami, so I'll hear back from them in April.</p>

<p>My question is about housing. I have sent in my housing deposit to Indiana, but not to FSU because I never really planned on going there. But I'm thinking FSU may be a great option.</p>

<p>So I was wondering if I will be able to get a dorm, if I decide to go there. I would send my housing deposit in after I hear back from SDSU and Miami (some time in April)...so would I still be able to get a dorm? I really don't care which one, but I just want to make sure I'll be able to get a spot on campus. </p>

<p>with the expected cut in the freshman enrollment by 1,000 or so, you may have a shot a dorm for the fall. I would suggest calling the housing department and ask them.</p>

<p>i also think you should consideer paying the housing deposit and if you decide not to go to fsu, part of it is refundable (i believe $175 of the $225). that way you can be assured of on campus housing. if you wait until the next notification date and beyond it might get tight.</p>
