FSU's Nursing program?

Hi everyone! I am currently a high school senior from Minnesota and I will be going into nursing. I have been accepted into FSU, Saint Louis University, and a couple other schools but FSU and SLU are my top choices. I received Freshman Direct Admission into Nursing for both. I am wondering, how good is FSU's nursing program? Tallahassee seems like it's pretty much a college town and I'm not sure how many nearby opportunities there are for clinical experience. I know SLU has one of the best nursing programs in the nation and would by far be the better choice for my career. However I've always wanted a traditional college experience with a big college. If you have any knowledge of FSU's Nursing program or what it's like please let me know. Thanks!!

While Tallahassee may be considered a college town by some (debatable since it’s also the state capitol and there’s a lot of government here), Tallahassee is a large city and growing. There are nearly 200,000 people and 2 major hospitals and a lot of other healthcare facilities.

St Louis is bigger, but you’re also going to have more competition for jobs due to the other universities in the area.

Tallahassee is very much a college town. The combined FSU/TCC/FAMU population dominates much of the city- during the summer and during breaks for the colleges, Tallahassee becomes almost a ghost town.
