FUUU, AP deadline

Ugh
I was planning to take 5 aps this year: Euro, Computer Science, Stats, Micro, Macro.
The last two, economics, was self study. The school automatically signs me up for the first 3 since I'm taking those classes at school. I emailed our vice principal, also the AP coordinator, to sign me up for micro/macro exams. He replied he would (this was Feb 11th).

Today, I went down to the office to check if I was signed up for all the exams. I talked to his secretary (some random lady). Turned out he did not sign me up for micro/macro... Now, the deadline is April 9th, I just got ****in lucky I chose today to check (1 day).

However, what happens now? I don't know if he has already ordered all the exams from CB, or not. If he hasn't, I'm assuming I'll be fine, but if he has, and the school has to make another ap exam order for my 2 economic exams, will I have to pay extra or anything?
Also, what else should I do? The secretary said she'll talk to the AP coordinator about the exams..but I'm still worried. The deadline's tomorrow, and I literally NEED to take these exams (well not really, but still). Should I talk with some other nearby schools or anything?

I think that you need to converse with him. Are you enabled to call him?

i have the same problem but my AP coordinator keeps on saying that “theres no deadline, dont worry about it, we can order the exam the night before and it’ll be here, either way we pay a late fee”
