<p>I called Duke this a.m., and I was told that the reason the arrows were not present was because something was not right with the alternate bookbag. Turns out that I hadn't put in both a writing 20 course AND a seminar course. Even though you can't take both in one semester, you HAVE TO put at least one of each in the alternate bookbag. After I did that, the arrows appeared and I was able to enroll. There sure wasn't much left by that time though! Hope that helps you too.</p>

<p>Well, I actually was able to enroll yesterday, but only when I had taken everything out of the bag. Before I did so, the man on the phone told me the same thing (about needed both the classes), and I added three Writing 20 classes to my bag--that didn't help. I'm glad it worked for you, though! :)</p>
