So how are we supposed to make our schedules if we don't know the timeslots of the FWSs? Will they just magically slip in? My schedule (the way I have it set up right now) is kind of a solid block... so will I have trouble finding a FWS that will fit? What times/days are they usually on?

seconding this question.

Same! I want to take an interesting FWS as well, so I’m really hoping it fits in with the busy schedule.

Well during balloting, we’re just supposed to pick the top 5 FWS that fit within the schedule already made. So I guess if your other classes interfere, you’re SOL, since the pre-enroll add/drop period ends before the FWS ballot.

I guess FWS is supposed to be lowest priority…?

I just hope I don’t get stuck with some crappy FWS cause its the only one that fits in my schedule.

I’m pretty sure that we’ll be able to see the timeslots of the FWS’s when the brochure is released, so if you know your other classes, you’ll be able to find a few that fit.

Somebody posted this link before: [Arts & Sciences Fall 2009 Course Roster](http://www.arts.cornell.edu/preorientation/AS_Roster.php)

It’s the A&S Fall 09 course roster, and there are FWS’s listed under their respective departments. Not sure if those choices are final since the brochure isn’t out yet, but it can’t hurt to take a look. The days, times, and professors are listed for each one.
