Gaining weight

<-------------- weighs more than the previous two posters combined

lol...........so in the 200s eh?

hah, I bet you can also probably carry us around...

i have a friend thats 170 at 6 4 and another 135 at 5 9

You will have to work to the extreme to gain muscle and will never have that magazine look just based upon your body structure.

Most people like you guys in the 40's an up will eventually have about 10 -20 lbs of fat in one area.

Try any ways . Hit the weights and increase you meat and desert portions.

haha my dessert portions are plentiful, i finish a can of Edy's french silk ice cream in 2 days

well airforce, that doesn't give me much hope

I used to be short and chubby though - 5'5 150lbs, then I grew four inches and actually lost 20lbs.

I figure if I could do that, I could put on muscle mass.

5'10" 120lbs
i eat A LOT
i eat a lot and really slowly
so friends always have to wait for me when eating out

Oh, you're a guy, well, then that's cool that you want to gain weight. If you were a girl I'd attempt to kick you in your face for complaining, but would most likely not be able to reach that high. Lift weights, drink protein drinks, drink MORE beers, eat meat, drink more beer.

Wait, so it's only okay for guys to want to gain weight, but not girls? And I bet you'd have no problem if a girl said she wanted to lose weight. Aren't double standards fun.

I'm a girl and I'd like to gain weight.

Assumptions are wonderful, as is inability to understand jest. I wouldn't be genuinely offended if a girl wanted to gain weight, but in some cases I would find a girl constantly complaining about how thin she is really obnoxious, since she obviously knows that most girls want to lose weight, if anything. Way to take something too seriously. Do you think I kick people in the faces, as well?
