r u serious?

just sit in a comfy chair and eat ice cream.....and stuff yourself with high-fat, high-carb food.....and dont bother leaving the house....

Texas are you male or female? Also the only way to gain weight is to consume more calories than you burn. If you are a female, shoot for 2800 daily, male shoot for 3200, and you will probably gain a few pounds. It will all depend on how many calories you burn daily though.

take creatine when you work out youll shoot up like jacks beanstalk

I wanna gain weight naturally.. im a male..

thanks for the posts

naturally??

ok.
do u want to gain weight proportionally
or NOT Proportionlly
or, healthily.

Eat LOTS of fatty carbs food and do not do ANY sports

Eat LOTS of food dont do ANY sports and SIT on the computer alll day...that will get ur butt fat. (dono why, it's weird)

Eat Lots of food, but exercise...duh... MUSCLES.

eat out all the time. big GUT. seniors at our HS get open campus privileges to eat lunch outside of school, and the difference is clear. I'm looking down at it. :/

how much weight do you want to gain?????

obviously if he weighs 120 lbs. hes not gonna be able to gain weight by eating...honestly creatine is 100% natural and it is found in the body. If your not willing to take it then sorry but your not going to get anywhere with as much results

I'd talk to your doctor for advice on how to gain weight in a healthy way. Gaining too much weight too quickly isn't any better than losing too much weight too quickly.

i agree with CDN_dancer

i definitely suggest not doing that, as it is very harmful and possibly fatal
it'd probably be best to try to gain muscle mass instead of fat, so don't just sit around and eat ice cream all day...try to work out (muscle-building) and increase your caloric intake, but don't go overboard w/high-carb, high-fat, high-anything...make sure you eat balanced meals...it might help to have 4-5 mid-sized meals instead of 3 big ones
but definitely talk to your doctor

creatine is very misunderstood...it has been proven to be safe and may i add 90% of athletes are doing it.....yes i know what you will say but there are no side effects as i am taking it....

I'm not familiar with Creatine but I gather that it's a medication of some sort. The thing is, that different people will react differently to medication. While one person might be fine taking it, and even benefit from it, Creatine could seriously harm another person. Always check with your doctor first.

Also, just because something is 100% natural, doesn't mean it's guarenteed to be safe.

You should weight lift. It's healthier, and will get you weight quick. Remember muscle ways more then fat.

man you are reallllly skinny. i wish i had the problem of needing to gain weight. i mean, i know you dont need to sit home all day and eat, but just think... i could eat soo much more and not have to worry about it. but seriously, talk to your doctor. we're all a bunch of kids with our minds geared toward college and yeah... you get the picture.

There's really not a single healthy weight-gain suggestion in this thread, except maybe chanman's suggestion (eat a lot but also exercise a lot), which would really depend on what you eat. Ask your doctor. Or just do some research and eat more (but healthy) and weight train.

look...texas nobody on here knows about creatine or anything such as gaining weight considering this aint a weightlifting site...so go research creatine and then decide for yourself if its "safe" or ask ur doc about it

Get on a bodybuilding program. You don't want to gain a bunch of fat weight.
