Gallatin acceptance rate

I'm planning on applying RD for Gallatin, but I've seen people say it has an acceptance rate of 50%, 30%, or 5%. Does anyone have the actual number/does that data exist? OR, just generally, how difficult is it to get in, assuming you fit within NYU's objective averages?

I think the acceptance rate for Gallatin is lower than the 33% acceptance rate for the whole NYU.
I will say something between 20% to 25% but admission to Gallatin is unpredictable compared to other schools within NYU since they might take a guy with a 1900 SAT score with a great personal statement, and not take a guy with a 2300 SAT score with a bad personal statement.

Gallatins acceptance rate is even less then that. There are only 240 students in this years freshmen class. They average approx 250 students per freshmen class. @EzraProvair they look at the student as a whole package. Writing ability, recommendations, GPA etc are important

According to my Albert portal, I made it to Gallatin as the change in FA showed up today - just like what happened to the admitted students in ED. SO STOKED I CANNOT BELIEVE IT.

I made it in too! NYU is looking like a real option for me, too, considering the FA package they gave me. Super excited!!!
