My game day starts at 8 AM when I head for the band building to eat donuts. After the late-comers arrive, we head to whatever field we can get our hands on and run through the day's shows. Then I head back to the dorm for lunch, suit up, and go back to play for the team as they walk to the stadium. After that, it's band rank-up time, and we play for a few tailgaters before heading into the stadium. After the game, I play for more tailgaters (and have dinner at the tailgate party) and sometimes go to some kind of afterparty if there is one.

I have no idea what it's like for non-band folks.

Blasphemy, Drew00, just pure, unabated Blasphemy. College football is the single greatest sport in the history of man. Way better than the pros or anything else.

so jealous of all of you guys. Most of my friends didn't even know our football team won the ivy title. My high school of 200 kids has more fans at basketball games than Brown does.

I have never before in my life cared about football, at all (my high school friends would probably laugh at me just for posting in this thread, lol). And now I'm going to Notre Dame...yeah. But, I'm getting season tickets and I'm excited anyway! Game days are supposed to be really awesome. And, if they're not...well, I can always transfer schools, right? :-P

"haha, our first game is against Notre Dame...sheeeeeet"
