Well, in my country there are national exams at the end of 12th grade and they matter for the final GPA. Which grades are being sent by gap-year applicants - from years 9-11 like regular applicants or from years 9-12 with GPA formed by the national leaving examinations?
In other words, do I have to submit the Final Report with the final transcript or just like every other applicant - grades 9-11 first, midyear transcript and final report at last?

you send your high school diploma, you can break down your grades for each year if you want to, because sometimes schools get all weird because of different systems, etc but it is not mandatory

You submit year 9-12 grades and results from your national exams along with the initial application. Your application will be complete at that point. You won’t need to add a midyear or final school report later.

Yes, but I mean that national leaving exams may lower my GPA, while GPA for incoming regular non-gap year students is formed by marks from grades 9-11. 12th grade marks don’t really matter as long as there is no significant drop/boost in the student’s marks. My point is that I may be in disadvantage because of these exams, while they don’t really matter for others.

Your application would be considered incomplete without the final grades since you have already finished school. That might make you ineligible for admission altogether.

These exams ARE a part of your high-school diploma, they do matter, they are 1/3 of your high-school GPA, as I said you can only send a high-school diploma, in your diploma there is a list of all the final marks on each of the subjects you’ve had throughout high-school
