<p>OK so I've taken a gap year after high school (graduated june 05) and I was wondering if the process for applying to college is any different than your regular senior high school applicant. I've been unable to find much information regarding this so I'm assuming its all the same. Anyone know?</p>
<p>I'm taking a gap year, applying ED princeton. Only the essays will be a bit different, and no mid-year report has to be sent by the counselor of the school you graduated from (because ul have the final year transcript).</p>
<p>same here. sent them your complete transcripts (they don't need to be in a sealed envelope anymore (whoopee). but be sure to explain what you did during your gap year, even if they didn't ask. chances are, they'll email you requesting that info, so you'd be better off telling them sooner rather than later.</p>
