Help with Gap year application forms!

<p>Hi, there.
I took a gap year and will be applying for college in November this year using the common application system, but I have some problems about the process.</p>

<ol>
<li><p>Since I have already graduated and received my final transcript, do I still have to ask my counselor to upload my Mid-Year Report and Final Report? Can I just ask him to upload the final transcript in Early Decision? </p></li>
<li><p>Does colleges need my certificate of graduation? Should I upload a pdf version of the certificate or ask my high school to mail a copy of it to the colleges?</p></li>

<p>The process may vary by school. Since you already have your ED school picked out, I would call/email the admissions office to get a specific answer. Good luck!</p>
