hi guys
I gave up on my Ap English today(wrote only 1 and a half essays).. I am thinking of canceling my results. Is it advisable to cancel it? when can i do this?

What?! Why did you give up?! Well, if you did really well on those essays and on the multi choice, you can at least still get a 2, or 3.

OMG I did as well. I just couldn’t write anymore and whatever I was writing was complete BS. Its kinda sad but whatever. The MC was easy though.

I also pretty much gave up on the FRQ for AP English Literature. I wrote the poetry and book essay (Question #1 and #3), but had trouble writing an essay for Question #2, so I pretty much had an incomplete BS essay for that one. MC was easy though. I got tired after writing ONE essay, let alone three. Seriously, how do you write three good (by AP standards) literature essays in 2 hours?

You have to have a lot of mental stamina for the AP English exams. If your teacher has taught you well, you are determined and focused, you can do it. Also, if you have practiced timed essays throughout the year it is easier. Also, mix it up. Don’t make your essays so boring. Have fun writing an essay, you might even do better. I think I did because I enjoyed writing two of my essays. I also felt like I could find a lot to say. Just think. You can do it. It’s not the end of the world.

That sucks. However, if you did really well on the MC and the essays you wrote were good, you could still get a 5.

^^ That is doubtful. If you only wrote one essay it is pretty much impossible to get a 5. The essays are 60 percent of the score, and the MC is only 40.

Never cancel is my motto. You can always block the score from your schools later on for a fee charge per school, and you never know how you really did, despite how you feel, until you actually receive the objective score back in your hand.
