i want to go to george washington majoring in international relations concentrating on global health, and minoring in music. so should i do ED cus im not so sure right now.

Usually ED applications are for those who are borderline in the regular application process, who are unlikely to improve their stats any--but who know where they want to go.

In your case, I think you have a definite shot at improving your test scores based upon your grades. And improved test scores would improve your chances at GW tremendously. So, no ,I wouldn't apply ED. I'd wait for the Oct test and then apply through the regular application process.
