GE: Italian Food and Lit OR Asian American Lit and Culture

<p>Does anyone have any comment on these two classes? I'm trying to figure out which I would take. How are the finals and coursework for the two classes? There is a chem final on the same day as the Italian final, and I'd like to know if I should run away from the two finals thing as soon as possible. however, the Asian studies class seems pretty heavy.</p>
