Ok, i know its REALLY EARLY to start doing this or even thinking about this, but I want to get a head start on my college app essay’s. I want to have lots of time to write them, edit them and re-write them so they can be as polished and as representative of me as possible. Obviously, I want some generic essay prompts that I can use for almost any school like, " tell us about yourself" etc… where can i find such topics? Are they on the common app? Can someone possibly give me a link to where I can get JUST the essay topics? If u can that would be greatly appreciated… thanks!

<p>On almost every single one I had something like: "Describe a book/play/work of art/song that has had an impact on your life.</p>
<p>There were also "tell us about your hometown experience and what you will bring to our school" questions.</p>
