you guys have really high SAT scores and good ECs! you guys are definitely in (and I hope I’m in too!)
Was just waitlisted at Bucknell:/ I received a LL from GWU. 1990 SAT, 4.2 W, 3.7 UW. Been on volunteer trips to Trinidad, New Mexico, New Orleans, Guatemala. Lots of club involvement. I emailed constantly with my regional counselor so I think that helped! I hope I get into the Women’s Leadership Program.
So, do we have an actual debate or is it just waiting at this point
I think we’re just waiting for now…the admission officers seem to be pretty clear that they won’t be giving us any indication other than “by April 1st.” 
Oh, and sorry it took me a while to say this @caulineire but thank you! I was super excited to get into BU (it’s one of my top choices, probably tied at first with NYU which I hear back from on Thursday), and I would love to attend if I can pull the finances together!! Thanks again, and best of luck to you too!

@abowsh a postcard from gwu indicating u are a likely admitted student. Only a very small portion of admitted students get it.

I didn’t get one either @Sassygogo because it’s so unlikely you’ll get one, even if you are admitted, you shouldn’t worry about it at all. it’s really just a way to try to get kids who are destined to go to ivies to come to a school like this
I got a likely letter, just found it in my mailbox. is that definite?

I’m really starting to get anxious about these decisions…
Anyone have a time or date for decision release?
I can’t take it! Our college advisor (all three of them) almost lost it when they learned that my D was accepted to AU SIS-Global Scholars with no merit! The fact that GW actually seems to be waiting until 4/1 to release decisions has everyone on edge. My D is the only student who applied from our school so this is huge! They/we will loose it if she gets in but gets no merit :(( :!!
Is GW revealing a shortage on admissions staff? Every other select school applied to has responded by now. And GW ran out of interview slots. Beginning to feel concerned what other shortages the school/admin may present.
