You’re the current valedictorian with a perfect GPA…have you confused George Washington U with Georgetown U?

Right now I’m under the impression that other people applying are similar GPA wise… so it wouldn’t set me apart that much… am I underestimating how much of an impact a perfect GPA has @ GWU?

GWU accepts almost half – 46% – of its applicants; it’s not highly competitive like Georgetown. Your ACT is right in line with their accepted students’ and your GPA/class rank well exceeds theirs. In fact, if you studied and got your ACT up into the 30s, and took three subject tests, you’d be a decent applicant for Georgetown! I think you may be overestimating GWU, if you didn’t mean GT in the first place.
