does anyone know how gw is with their merit scholarships?
they inform you at time of submission if you have received one
sorry i should’ve worded that differently. are they pretty conservative with giving out scholarships or do they give a bunch out?

I have a doc on merit aid that says that like 50% of students receive merit aid and the average award is over 20k/year, though I think that’s just for people w/o financial need. The number might be lower for people also receiving fin aid.
I’m def gonna get my decision and it’s gonna say something about how I get no aid cuz I didn’t send all the materials needed… even tho I have no way to access the portal to see if I need to submit anything

Anyone heard updates about releases??
They usually send out a tweet right before/when they release. Historically that has always been on a Friday (for RD) and usually the decisions come out at 5:00.
