no. I did not. I petty clearly stated that my family is capable of paying full tuition. I think that this financial aid certificate was mandatory for internationals…

I got the presidential scholarship for 25K a year and got into the Women’s Leadership Program for International Politics. Super stoked! I applied to every other college for compsci so this might complicate things!
